Pork Ribs – 300g

Cooking Time: 110 minutes
Directions:
Step 1. Gently give the ingredients a wash in a bowl then place them inside the cooking pot.
Step 2. Add the pre-prepared pork ribs into the cooking pot with 1.5 Liters of water. [Tips: Blanch the pork ribs in a separate pot first]. Boil and simmer the soup for 110 minutes.
Step 3. Add wolfberries during the last 5 - 10 minutes and the soup is done!
