Preparation: 

• Cooking Soup (Boosts Qi (vital energy), Strengthens the spleen, and enhances immune function.      

           Astragalus Root (20g), Codonopsis Root (30g), Chinese Yam (20g), 4 Red                         Dates, Longan (20g), Lotus Seeds (20g), Pork or Chicken (400g), (can add 2 Dried Scallops). Boil the ingredients in 2ml of water over low heat for 2 hours.

• For Tea

1. Brew 8-10g of Astragalus root and 5g of Wolfberry to make tea.
2. Brew 8-10g of Astragalus root and 2 pieces of Red dates to make tea.
