Sai Hing Superior Yu Zhu

Preparation:
Yu Zhu Japonica Rice Porridge
- Wash 300G Yu Zhu, put it in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Drain the liquid, add water and simmer again to combine the two batches of herbal decoction.
- Add 100G japonica rice, boil over high heat, simmer until thickened.
- Add rock sugar to cooked porridge, simmer briefly until it boils. Ready to serve.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
