Efficacy:

Preparation:
- Raise the grain, soak grain for 30 min.
- Add water based on 1:7 ration, add half a teaspoon of cooking oil.
- After reach boiling point, continue it cook in smaller flame. Until it become porridge.
Additional tips:
Before adding water to the millet, toast it over medium heat for a few minutes until fragrant.
Once the millet has been toasted, add water and a healthy pinch of salt.
Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat and cover the pot.
