Ingredients:

- Millet

- White rice

- Black rice

- Japonica rice

- Peanut

- Red bean

- Green bean

Efficacy:

Preparation:

1. Raise the grain, soak grain for 30 min.
2. Add water based on 1:7 ration, add half a teaspoon of cooking oil.
3. After reach boiling point, continue it  cook in smaller flame. Until it become porridge.
