Sai Hing Japonica Rice

Recommended for those who require postpartum care, anemia and weak kidney.

Preparation:

1) Ginger porridge.

First boil dried ginger for 30 minutes, remove ginger, use only concoction with Jujube and japonica rice to cook into porridge. 

2) Lily bulb porridge.

Soak lily bulb for 30 minutes, add japonica rice, cook into porridge. 

3) Can also cook with pork ribs.

Add salt accordingly after it is done.
