Sai Hing Black Wolfberry
The most prominent property of black wolfberry is anthocyanin, which normal wolfberry does not have. Anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidant that can prevent premature aging and enhance blood vessel elasticity.
According to TCM, Black wolfberry is believe to has the effect of nourishing liver and kidney and benefiting eyesight.

Preparation:
Making Tea
Brew with cold or lukewarm water (below 60°C) to preserve anthocyanins, and add ingredients like honey as desired.
Ferment in alcohol
For approximately 500g of alcohol, add around 20g of black wolfberry. It is recommended to store the mixture for about two to four weeks. It is recommended to consume it twice a day.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
