Spinach โ 1 Bunch
Black Fungus โ 1 Piece
Wolfberries โ 1.5 tablespoon
Eggs โ x3ย
Pepper โ 1 teaspoon
Salt โ 1 teaspoon
Flour โ 3 tablespoons
Oil โ 1-2 tablespoonsย ย ย ย ย

Directions:
Step 1. Chop 1 bunch of spinach. Rinse 1 piece of a black fungus with warm water in a bowl. Then, cut the black fungus into thin slices. Next, rinse 1.5 tablespoons of wolfberries in warm water.
Step 2. Add 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons of flour to a bowl and mix well. Then, add the chopped spinach, wolfberries, and chopped black fungus and mix well.ย
Step 3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil into a pan and add the batter onto the pan. Cook under medium heat until it is golden brown then flip over to cook the other side. Finally, it is ready to serve!
