Black Fungus โ€“ 10g
Chinese Yamย  - 250g
Carrot โ€“ x1
Garlic โ€“ 2 Cloves
Oil โ€“ 20ml
Oyster sauce โ€“ 1 tablespoon
Salt โ€“ 3g

Yield: 4 paxย 

Preparation Time: - ยฝ hour

Cooking Time: 20 - 30 minutes, you may cook longer if you prefer a softer texture


Step 1. Soak 10g of black fungus until soft. Slice cut the Chinese yam, carrots, garlic, and black fungus.ย 

Step 2. Heat up a pan and add 20ml of oil. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add Chinese yam, carrot, and black fungus and continue to stir-fry. Add 30ml of water, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 3g of salt.

Step 3. Continue stir fry and simmer for 2 minutes. Finally, the dish is ready to serve!ย
