This weekend, relieve your eye strain with a bowl of 茶树菇降压汤 (Cha Shu Gu Jiang Ya Tang), Tea Tree Mushroom Hypotensive Soup which also regulates blood pressure, softens the cardiovascular, and relieves stress and eye pressure. This soup is suitable for your whole family.

Ingredients:
(Recommended weight/unit, can be adjusted according to your tastes/liking!)

Tea Tree Mushroom 
Black-eyed Peas
Dried Longan
Red Dates
Wolfberry 

* Sai Hing Tea Tree Mushroom Hypotensive Soup Packet has pre-packaged ingredients that have been carefully crafted for the best medical effects and taste. 

Yield: 2-3 persons

Preparation Time: 30 minutes for soaking the herbs
Cooking Time: 2 hours


Directions:

 

Step 1. Rinse and soak the herbs in a pot with 2 Liters of water for at least 30 minutes. [Tips: Cut the Red Dates in half will allow the flavors to come through stronger!]. 


Step 2. Boil and simmer the soup for 2 hours.

Step 3. Add wolfberries during the last 5 - 10 minutes and the soup is done!
