Pork Ribs – 200g
Sliced Lotus Root – 130g
Yield: 2-3 persons
Preparation Time: 30 minutes for soaking the herbs
Cooking Time: 110 minutes
Directions:
Step 1. Rinse and soak the herbs in a pot with 1.8 Liters of water for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2. Blanch 200g of pork ribs in a separate pot.
Step 3. Once done, add the blanched pork ribs and 130g of sliced lotus root into the soup pot, boil and simmer for 110 minutes and it’s done!
