Ingredients:

Lion’s Mane Mushroom
White Lotus Seeds
Wolfiporia
Euryale
Wolfberries
Chinese Yam

Red Dates – 4 Pieces

Yield: 2-3 persons

Preparation Time: 30 minutes for soaking the herbs
Cooking Time: 2 hours


Directions:


Step 1. Rinse and soak the herbs in a pot with 1.5 Liters of water (Add in 2 Liters of water instead if you are using meat such as Chicken or Pork for additional protein!) for at least 30 minutes. [Tips: Break the Lion’s Mane Mushroom into smaller pieces and if you are using Red Dates, wash them prior as well and remove the seeds]. 


Step 2. Boil and simmer the soup for 2 hours.

Step 3. Add wolfberries during the last 5 - 10 minutes and the soup is done!
