Don’t let painful menstrual cramps hinder you from your daily activities! 八珍滋阴汤 (Ba Zhen Zi Yin Tang), Longevity Soup consists of a mix of highly beneficial natural ingredients that not only help relieve menstrual pain but also tonify and augment Qi and blood, as well as regulate your menstrual cycle when taken regularly.

Goji Berries

Yield: Serves 2-3 persons


Preparation Time: 30 minutes for soaking the herbs
Cooking Time: 2 hours


Directions:


 Step 1. Rinse and soak the herbs in a pot with 2 Liters of water for at least 30 minutes. 

 Step 2. Add eggs into the pot, boil and simmer for 2 hours.

 Step 3. Add goji berries during the last 5 - 10 minutes and it’s ready to serve!

Things to note:

  • This soup is not suitable if you are having a cold or if you are pregnant.
  • For those who get heaty easily, you can add 麦冬 (Mai Dong) or 知母 (Zhi Mu).


How often should you consume it?

  • If you are having symptoms such as cramps, blood clots, dizziness, and/or irregular flow. 

Severe Symptoms
We’d advise you to take this soup 2 days after the time of the month! Drink it consecutively for 3 days and consume it once a week after. 

Light Symtoms/No Symptoms

Take this soup once a week to nourish your blood and Qi.
