Preparation:
Tea Tree Mushroom Chicken Soup
- Soak and wash 100G tea tree mushrooms, trim roots, and soak in water. Prepare onions, ginger, and wash whole chicken.
- Bring the chicken to a boil together with cold water.
- Add onions, ginger, two tablespoons cooking wine, soaked tea tree mushrooms, and the soaking water. Simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat.
- Bring the chicken to a boil together with cold water.
Tea tree mushroom and pork rib casserole
- Soak cleaned 50G tea tree mushrooms in warm water until soft (keep the soaking water). Wash 250G pork ribs.
- Marinate the pork ribs with 5g dark soy sauce, 15g white sugar, 10ml light soy sauce, 2 tsp cooking wine, 10g spring onions, and 10g ginger for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork ribs until they release oil. Turn off the heat.
- Cut tea tree mushrooms and place them in a clay pot with the soaking water. Add pork ribs, salt, and simmer until cooked.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
