Sai Hing Shi Hu Flakes
Authentic Yunnan produces Tie Pi Shi Hu Dendrobium officinale.
Shi Hu is a commonly used inexpensive Chinese medicine. Its health benefits is widely recognized. It is a very good health supplement.
Efficacy:
--Reduce blood pressure and sugar.
--Tonic for spleen and stomach.
--Enhance immune and anti-ageing.
Preparation:
Stewed Lean Meat with ShiHu and Fish Maw
- Add ginger slices and ten bowls of water. Boil on high heat, then simmer on medium heat for about two hours.
- Clean and cut 300G pork into chunks. Place in a stewing pot with 3 ginger slice. Add 1000ml water. Simmer over a water bath for 2 hours.
- Season with salt and it's ready to be served.
Making Tea
- Pour boiling water (90°C or above) over ShiHu pieces and Wolfberries. Steep for 4-5 minutes and drink. Repeat brewing, and the residue can be consumed.
