Sai Hing Soy Bean

The soybean, soy bean, or soya bean is a species of legume native to East Asia, widely grown for its edible bean, which has numerous uses. Traditional unfermented food uses of soybeans include soy milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made.

Preparation: 

  • Soy almond milk
  1. Wash the soybeans and almond the night before, and soak them for at least 4-5 hours)
  2. After soaking, blend soaked soybeans and almonds with water and press the “Soy Milk” button.
  3. After blending, adjust the sweetness to your personal taste by adding an appropriate amount of sugar. 
  • Soy milk (suggest that all girls consider replacing their milk with soy milk.
  1. Soak soybeans for 6 hours or more.
  2. Steep green tea in 90c water for 1 minutes, leaving only the infusion.
  3. Combine soaked soybeans and tea infusion in a blender, select soy milk mode, and blend for 18 minutes.
