Sai Hing Shou Wu Revitalizing Hair Tonic Soup (Serves 2-3 persons)

Ingredients:

• Black Bean 100g
• Shou Wu 20g
• Codonopsis 20g
• Black Date 8pc
• Wolfberry 20g

Cooking Method:

1. Rinse and soak the black beans in clean water for 2 hours, or soak them in the refrigerator overnight;
2. Blanch 500g black-bone chicken/spare ribs/mutton in cold water, skim the foam after the water starts boiling, and remove the black-bone chicken/spare ribs/mutton;
3. Add 1.5 litres of water and place all the ingredients in a soup pot, bring to boil on high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for two hours.
4. Add wolfberry at the end before serving.
