Preparation:
Premium Angelica Slices + Red dates (improve Qi and blood)
Boil 6g of angelica slices and 2-3 red dates in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Boiled egg with Angelica Brown Sugar (Promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,
maintain beauty and keep young)
- Boil 2 eggs and then remove the shells.
- Add 12-15g slices of angelica head, 4-5 red dates and 2 shelled eggs in 500ml water and cook together.
- After 20 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (about 20 grams) and 10 grams of wolfberries.
