Sai Hing Four Element Soup (Serves 2-3 persons)

Ingredients:

• Dang Gui,
• Chuan Xiong, 
• Shu Di Huang, 
• Bai Shao

Cooking Method:

1. Rinse herbs and place them into a pot add 1.2L of water. Soak ½ hour.
2. Add 500G of ingredients of choice. (Meat or Vegetables)
3. Slow boil all ingredients and meat Bring to a boil and lower fire to simmer for 2 hours.
