Sai Hing Black bean (Green Flesh)
Green Flesh Black Bean is also called frosted beans. It has green flesh, unlike black beans. Unlike Black beans, which are commonly used as a side dish or as an ingredient for processed foods, Green Flesh Black Bean is more expensive and is used for quality recipes. Keep in a shady, cool place, away from humidity.

Preparation:
Black Bean Soy Milk
Make black soy milk by boiling and blending whole black soybeans, including the skin and residue.
- Steam Black Bean
- Soak black soybeans in water at a ratio of two parts water to one part black soybeans overnight.
- Steam and cook for 15 minutes, then consume.
- Consume no more than 70g per day to avoid potential diarrhea.
- Black Bean Rice
Steam and cook the black soybeans together with white rice to make black soybean rice for consumption.
- Black Bean Water
Soak 2-3 tablespoons of roasted black soybeans in hot water for approximately 3-5 minutes until the water turns black in color. Then it can be consumed.
- Black Beans Soaked in Vinegar
- Rinse the black soybeans with clean water.
- Dry roast the black soybeans over medium-low heat until cracks appear on the surface.
- Place the black soybeans into a sealed jar and pour vinegar over them. Consume one tablespoon (5-10 beans) daily.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
