Sai Hing Family Mushroom

Preparation:
Mushroom Family Rice:
- Fry the diced mushrooms with sesame oil until fragrant, then add the seasonings and mix well.
- Combine washed rice, diced carrots, corn kernels, and stir-fried mushrooms for a flavorful mix.

Add water in a 2:1 ratio to the rice, cook as usual. For a stronger flavor, add seasoning after cooking.
Mushroom Family Soup
- Soak tea tree mushrooms, Blaze mushrooms, and Lion's Mane mushrooms in water for 20-30 minutes, then drain.
- Blanch Lion's mane mushrooms in hot water, drain. Wash 500g pork ribs, set aside.
- Combine mushrooms, spare ribs, red dates, ginger slices in a clay pot. Boil with high heat and water for 15 minutes, then simmer for 45 minutes.Season with salt and serve.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
