Sai Hing Kidney Tonic Soup (Serves 2-3 persons)
Ingredients:
- Eucommia Ulmoides
- Ligusticum
- Achyrantes
- Codonopsis
Efficacy:
- Aids the smooth flow of Qi and blood
- Tonifies the kidneys and liver
- strengthens the tendon, muscle and bones
Target Audience:
Suitable for whole family. Not Suitable for pregnant women.

Cooking Method:
- Rinse the ingredients, cut codonopsis into small pieces, soak all for 30 min
- Blanch 300G of pork/ribs/chicken before cook
- Slow boil all ingredients and meat with 2L of water for 2 hours. Add wolfberries at the last 5 mins. (It is a savoury soup, do not add salt unnecessary)
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
