Blaze mushroom boasts a thick body and is fresh, crispy and aromatic. It is suitable for a range of cooking methods. Most people eat it with stews (clear soup and strong taste) or anything with meat or vegetables.

Preparation:
1) Soak the mushrooms for around half an hour in water.
2) Cut off the hard part of the stalk.
