Sour Plum Konnyaku Jelly - 乌梅果冻

Tangerine Peel

Konnyaku Powder - 250g
Goji berry (Amount based on your own preference)
Yield: 4 - 6 (Good for sharing)
Note: If cooking for smaller portions, you may divide the amount in half. Keep in the fridge; best to eat it within 2 days.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes for soaking the osmanthus flower
Cooking Time: : 75 minutes
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the herbs thoroughly with water in a bowl and place the washed herbs into a pot with 2 Liters of water. Set to a slow boil for 45 minutes. Then, add in rock sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Step 2. Turn off the heat and add in the osmanthus flower and let it soak for another 30 minutes. Next, remove some of the excesses, keep about 900ml for the jelly and strain away the remaining residue. Add in konnyaku powder and continue to stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
Step 3. Pour the sour plum and konnyaku mixture into the mold. In the mold, add in goji berry and osmanthus flower as toppings.
Step 4. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes, and it’s ready to serve.
