三鲜萝卜卷 (San Xian Luo Bo Juan) isn’t only a low-calorie no-meat healthy alternative but also offers maximum flavors for minimum effort! Ingredients: (Recommended weight/unit, can be adjusted according to your tastes/liking!)
Sai Hing Mushrooms Family (includes blaze mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, and lion’s mane mushrooms) – ½ Pack
Chinese Parsley – One bunch
Julienned Carrots – 1 carrot
Julienned Red Cabbage – ¼
Sliced Radish - 1 radish
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Soy Sauce – 0.5 tablespoon
Cornstarch Solution
Yield: 4 pax
Preparation Time: 20 minutes for soaking the mushrooms
Cooking Time: 20 minutes for radish to soften and 20 minutes for the mushroom to cook. If you are only using one pot, the total cooking time will be 45 minutes.
Directions:
Step 1. Soak the mushrooms for 20 minutes in a bowl.
Step 2. Boil the Radish slices and set them aside to cool once it has softened. Then, cook the mushrooms and soaking water for 20 minutes. Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and thicken with cornstarch solution.
Step 3. Assemble the toppings and roll them. Serve the mushrooms and sauce and the dish is ready!
