Efficacy:
- Relief symptoms of cough and reduce phlegm
- Nourish lungs and facilitate normal breathing
Ingredient:
- Loquat leaf
- Longan
- Tangerine peel
- China root
- Tendrilleaf Fritillary Buln
- Liquorice Root
- Ballonflower Root
- Largehead Atractylodes Rhzome
Cooking Method:
- Boil with 700ml of water for 40 mins.
- Pour out the tea.
- Reboil again with another 700ml of water.
- 2 cups of tea to consume 2 times daily.
