Sai Hing Lung Tonic Soup (Serves 2-3 persons)
Ingredients:
- Dried pear
- Snow fungus
- Almond
- Wolfberries
Efficacy:
- exterior and tonify the lung
- invigorate the spleen
- diuresis and dampness
- disperse heat
- resolve phlegm and relieve cough
Target Audience:

Cooking Method:
- Pour 1L of water into a pot (about 4 bowls), boil for 15 mins.
- Add in the entire packet and boil for another 45mins.
- Take out all ingredients in the pot after 45 min. Pour in another 3 bowls of water and boil for 50 min with herb added back in,
- Split portions into 2 bowls. Have a bowl of soup once in the morning and once in the evening until finished.
Storage Method:
It is recommended to store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing too much food in the refrigerator to ensure effective cooling.
