Sai Hing Blood Circulation Soup (Serves 2-3 persons)

Ingredients:

- Notoginseng

- Codonopsis

- Achyranthis Bidentatae Root

- Wolfberry

Cooking Method:

1. Rinse the ingredients, halve black dates, cut codonopsis into small pieces, soak all for 30 mins.
2. Slow boil all ingredients and meat with 2L of water for 2 hours. Add wolfberries at the last 5 mins.
