Milk – 500ml
Honey (Amount based on your own preference)
Sugar – 60g
Vanilla Extract (Optional)
Eggs – x3
Yield: 3 servings
Preparation Time: -
Cooking Time: 30 to 35 minutes
Directions:
Step 1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk until the egg whites and yolks are blended. Set the pan on low heat and pour in 500ml of milk and add 60g of sugar. Stir the mixture until all the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2. Slowly add the milk and sugar mixture to the beaten eggs bit by bit [Tips: Add in slowly so that the temperature from the mixture will not end up cooking the eggs]. Next, add vanilla extract (optional). Then, sieve the egg mixture with a fine mesh strainer.
Step 3. Pour the mixture into individual bowls until about 80% full. Once done, place the bowls on a baking tray and pour a sufficient amount of water into the baking tray. Then, cover each bowl with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 °C.
Step 4. Take out one Osmanthus Tea Pack, add the Honey and mix well in a bowl.
Step 5. After cooling the pudding, remove the covers and scrap the sides with the tip of a knife. Lastly, add the Osmanthus Honey on top as a finishing touch and it is ready to serve!
