TCM Association Hosts Community Talks to Promote Traditional Chinese Medicine
To mark its 85th anniversary, the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association (中药公会) has begun organizing community lectures to raise public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Since April, the association has held seven talks, with plans for more in August, aiming to bring TCM knowledge closer to the general public. These sessions cover topics such as the uses and effects of herbal medicine, how TCM can help with common ailments, and encourage healthy living through TCM principles.
The association hopes this outreach will encourage younger generations to learn more about TCM and promote its relevance in modern society. Their long-term goal is to make TCM more accessible and integrated into community healthcare.
